Welcome to Dibba Municipality e-Portal.
Using the DM e-P is restricted by these conditions and terms "Users' and visitors' conditions and terms of using Dibba e-portal" which you must read carefully before using the Dibba Municipality website. Once clicking "Agree", you have already read the user's conditions.

Articles and Conditions of using DM e-P
1- User's conditions apply to you regardless the way you reach the website. Individuals, establishments, companies and those having right to log in are required to sign in
before using the municipality e- portal, and Dibba Municipality may grant and
terminate the right of access.
2- Although we aim at providing safe access to our portal, but as a result of factors
beyond our control, we do not guarantee the possibility of continuous, free,
uninterrupted and safe access to DM e-P. We take no responsibility for any
interruption, delay or defect in DM e-P or the e-services provided through it.
3- Registered Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and they take full responsibility for all activities that occur under the username.
4- The Technical Support Office of Dibba Municipality provides assistance during
official working hours, and no guarantee can be given to you concerning any special solution or result proposed by the support office. You can contact the technical
support by emailing to helpdesk@dibbamun.ae and you will be replied within 24
working hours.
5- The user is to bear any charges related to phones or fees related to the service
provider while accessing our portal.
6- Dibba Municipality holds no liability for the content or information provided by other websites linked with the Dibba Municipality Website.
7- The information is to be published on the Dibba Municipality Website in both Arabic and English, and if there is a difference between Arabic and English versions, Arabic prevails.
8- the conditions imposed on the using the DM e-P apply to all uses you made on the portal, and we may suspend, and/or terminate the right to access to use the DM e- Portal in case of violation or if we strongly believe that you have violated the user's terms.
9- DM e-P is considered a private property which is protected by copyright in the United Arab Emirates. Dibba Municipality is the exclusive owner or licensee of all copyrights, trademarks, service marks and any other intellectual property right in DM e-P.
10- The user is responsible for the content of any material he distributes under his name registered in DM e-P.
11- The access of the users registered in the DM e-P can be terminated by us at any time, and we may immediately terminate, suspend, or restrict the right to access the DM e-P in the case of breaking the terms and conditions of use.
12- The above-mentioned conditions of DM e-P shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the UAE Law. In case of any dispute arising from the current user's conditions and using the DM e-portal shall be referred to the Fujairah Emirate Courts:

To use DM e-P, you must log in the website and you can reach the site from anywhere in the world. These user's conditions apply to you regardless of how you accessed the Site.

The municipality is not obligated to examine or delete third-party applications for any purpose, and 1t is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or legality of any third-party application. The availability of third-party applications via the platforms of famous smart application providers such as (Apple App Store Platform) or other smart ones, does not mean municipality's approval, permission or representation or its affiliation with any third party, nor is it considered an approval for the third-party applications, and you hereby waive any legal rights or compensation against the municipality.
4- the municipality has no control over the applications, products, services, software, The Apple App Store Platform or (Android) or any other third-party provider. We are not responsible for these products performance and we do not approve them, and we are also not responsible for any content or advertisements, or any materials provided by any third party's applications, products, services, software, or platform. We take no direct or indirect responsibility for any damage or loss you incurred while using or relying on any goods or services of any third party's applications, products, software, or platform.
Restrictions of Usage
The restrictions of using the DM e-P apply to all your uses of the DM e-P. We may stop and/or ban and/or terminate the ability of using the DM e-P if you violate, or if we strongly believe that you have violated the terms of use, so accordingly you agree to avoid the following:
1- Providing or downloading, with advance knowledge, files containing software, materials, data or other information that don't belong to you or you do not have a license for.
2- Using DM e-Portal in any way to send a commercial e-mail or any abuse of Dibba Municipality's website on the Internet.
3- Providing or uploading files on DM e-P so that you know that they contain viruses or malicious data that damage the DM e-P.
4- Publishing, advertising, distributing, or circulating materials or information on DM eP that defame and violate laws, or pornographic materials that violate public morals, or any other materials or information that break the law.
5- Participating illegal activities on DM e-P.
6- Contacting, directly or indirectly, or including descriptions of products or services that are prohibited according to the user's terms or that you do not have the right to include or enroll.
7- Announcing any product or service on DM e-P that makes us in violation of any applicable law or regulations in any jurisdiction.
8- Using any means, program or procedure to intercept or try to intercept the proper operation of the DM e-P.
9- Taking any action that imposes a burden or an effect on the infrastructure of the DM e-P.
